Welcome Message from the Headteacher

Thank you for showing an interest in Brackley Church of England Junior School. I am extremely proud to be the Headteacher of such a wonderful school, where a deep-rooted Christian ethos sits at the heart of everything we do.

Guided by our vision of “Life in all its fullness,” we believe that children thrive when their academic, personal, and spiritual development are all nurtured. High standards of learning are important to us, but so too are qualities such as happiness, health, determination, resilience, friendship, and spirituality. Our mission reflects this commitment: “We are called to a full life, in body, mind, heart and spirit; nurturing the whole child to thrive academically and spiritually within our Christian school.”

Our core values - being a Caring, Celebratory, Courageous, Christ-inspired Community, rooted in Love - shape the warm, inclusive ethos that visitors always comment on. These values guide our relationships, our culture, and the way we help every child to flourish.

Our children are one of our greatest strengths. They are enthusiastic, thoughtful, and proud of their school. They love to share their learning, talk about their experiences, and show visitors around, bringing our ethos to life every day.

Supported by a dedicated staff team who always put children first, and strengthened by our close links with St. Peter’s Church and the wider community, we welcome children of all faiths or none and celebrate the diversity they bring.
