Pupil Premium at Brackley C of E Junior School

At Brackley C of E Junior School, we want every child to experience “Life in all its fullness.” Our Pupil Premium funding helps children who may face extra challenges so they can thrive both in and out of the classroom.

How We Use Pupil Premium

We use this funding to:

  • Support learning in reading, writing, and maths.
  • Build confidence, resilience, and independence.
  • Provide extra pastoral support to ensure children feel safe, valued, and included.
  • Offer enrichment opportunities such as trips, clubs, and cultural experiences to broaden horizons.

Our Approach

Everything we do is guided by our core values:

  • Caring – We listen to and support every child.
  • Celebratory – We celebrate achievements, big and small.
  • Courageous – We encourage children to take risks in learning.
  • Christ-Inspired – We act with kindness, hope, and fairness.
  • Rooted in Love – We nurture every child to help them flourish.

Through high-quality teaching, targeted support, and nurturing care, we aim to remove barriers so all children can succeed and enjoy life to the fullest.
