The children were amazing they sang with passion and enthusiasm and really embraced the joy of the Easter story through their singing. Easter is the most important event in the Christian calendar. It reminds Christians that there is always hope because of what happened on that first Easter. Whether you are a Christian or not, I know that all of us experience moments in our lives where hope consumes our thoughts – the hope of a healthy baby, the hope that someone close will recover from an illness, the hope that you will be guided to make the right decision, the hope that someone you care for is protected from harm, the hope that those experiencing hardship that it will be short lived.. For Christians these will become our prayers and our hope is our trust in God that we will be forgiven for the harm we have caused.
