We are aware that there is a high level of concern amongst parents about absence due to the latest sickness bug circulating in Brackley. We can assure you that we take very seriously any incidents of sickness within the school. We have previously advised parents that they should not allow their children to return to school until a minimum of 24 hours after the last bout of sickness & diarrhoea, however in light of NHS guidelines we are going to increase this to a minimum of 48 hours. As always no child should return to school before they are well, regardless of the minimum time, and never before they are eating & drinking properly.
